Normally, when we think of a turtle, we think of something that is slow and uninteresting. Well, what if we told you that turtles can actually represent something more, something special.
A turtle can live for over 150 years. They stand the test of time, they are timeless, and although slow, they are mighty creatures.
As a brand or a business, you want your customers (and your competitors) to know that you will be around for a long time and that you are mighty as a brand.

The Psychology of Animal Logos
n general, people love animals. Snakes and spiders strike fear in some, but other animals, like cats and dogs, give an almost universally positive feeling. That’s because many people tend to place a high value on pets. Different animals evokedifferent emotions.
And when you have only a few seconds to make an impression on a client or consumer, choose an emotion that keeps them thinking about your product. Although most animal logos incorporate wild ones, not dogs or cats, people identify through their experiences with zoos, literature, and film.

So Why a turtle?
Good question, well as mentioned already, a turtle can symbolize many different things, but one thing that should be remembered is that turtles live the longest of all of these animals, so while some brands may use the gorilla or the elephant, they will never have the lasting power of the turtle. That is what makes the turtle so special.
It is also important to remember that you don’t have to work directly with animals to use their images. All sorts of animals carry symbolism; dogs convey loyalty, tigers ferocity, and ants strength.
The right creature can embody the elements of your brand, which is why a turtle might not be a bad choice at all. At the very worst, you will stand out from all of the other companies using predictable animals like lions, tigers, or bears.
Using the Internet to Promote your Brand
The world is moving at a rapid pace, In the world of online business and connectivity, the amount of time someone might stay on your website, see your social profile updates or read through your emails is maybe just a few seconds on average. Make these seconds count by having your logo and brand viewable at all times.
