Absolutely ridiculous no sense of management, when I went the line was to the door with one person signing people in, while 3 people stand at thr front desk doing literally nothing. After an hour and a half of waiting in line I finally head back there the the person sliding in the needle couldn’t find it with a magnifying glass and a map. After 3 more tries of her just digging around she just gives up and asks someone else to do it for her, he does it in the first try.(neither of them are new) Piss poor to say the least

Great place, great staff, Huge shoutout to employees like Vahdat, Sherry and Kenneth for always having a positive attitude.Sometimes it’s slow but that is understandable. This place deals with medical history and blood so precautions is necessary. it’s not like a chick fil a where you can just come, take and leave in a minute.

Truly this is a terrible place to spend any amount of time as both donor and employee. I can only assume that this is a systematic issue throughout the company as there are numerous public reviews listing identical issues, and yet there has been no change over the three years I’ve been donating. It’s bizarre, it is as though there is a 50/50 chance the place will be full of condescending people that will outright look for ways to belittle and be passive aggressive to donors in subtle enough ways that you doubt whether you can prove it to their supervisors or just half decent normal human beings. Those that have been there will know what I’m talking about. The front end nurses on multiple occasions, without any instigation on my end that I know of, have gone out of their ways to antagonize me. Whether it be them making weird highschool level mockeries about my appearance, or looking at me like a piece of scum and asking me “why I don’t just calm down” because I was anxious that day(I was being overly respectful, maybe a little quiet if anything). It’s bizarre, as the customers are already more likely than most places to be desperate and a bit more belligerent, and these folks are fanning the flame, holding that 50$ for a needle in their arm over their heads. It’s truly disgusting. The staff working the machines are as bad if not worse. Again, it is 50/50, I’ve had as many decent experiences as I’ve had abhorrent ones (that isn’t a good ratio). My first day I was YELLED at for not pumping my fist quickly enough without it being demonstrated, the woman talking to me like a fool. Over the course of me coming in, I’ve seen donors have their eyes rolled at them by the staff for asking to use the bathroom, seen workers disrespectfully yell at donors for not being able to hear them when their turn is up. It truly feels like you’re livestock at an abusive factory farm at times. I’d definitely suggest going anywhere else, unless you’re like me and are forced to come due to a lack of other local enough options. It’s as though they consciously turn off their ability to empathize with the donors like its part of their uniform. Yes, a lot of desperate people are coming in, but they’re human beings, and ultimately they pay your paycheck as much as the company does.

It takes forever to even be seated. Employees are so sluggish and unenthusiastic, it’s depressing. They’re more concerned about office drama and going home. This could be such a quick process, but not with the poor performance of everyone working here. It’s really kinda sad. I waited in line for thirty minutes to be checked in and then another thirty minutes to be seated and then waited in the chair for far too long before being able to start giving plasma. I don’t know that I’ll be returning…

I visit this location twice a week to complete donations, and I have been doing so for almost a year. I enjoy visiting this location more than any other plasma center I’ve ever been to!

This place is very ghetto and the professionalism is non existent. I came in as a new donor and the staff would talk about donors out loud. The lines were long to get evaluate it meanwhile all the staff disappeared, I guess they all went to lunch. I rather drive far to BioLife than donate here. I can’t believe that lady complained because I had an out of state license. Please donate somewhere else.

Staff is completely unprofessional and incompetent of giving thorough directions. They were extremely rude and loud. The open use of profanity amongst this staff was uncomfortable for me. If you want a decent experience, I would suggest going to another location.

Another one bites the dust. I’ve donated at this center off and on for 3 years and pretty consistently for the last 2. I’ve resisted the new doner pay I could get form another clinic and been loyal. Today I dealt with someone I’ve never delt with. My experiences up till now have been great. And I wouldn’t complain even when I’ve been there for 4+ hours. I’ve had some laughs and cry’s and felt really comfortable donating there. Today the woman was rolling her hands, rolling her eyes, and talking to me in a condescending manner. I donate because I have friends who need these drugs. Much of the time I donate the money I earn from it back to people who need it more that I do like struggling single hard working mom’s. Or others down on their luck. Having a full grown woman talk to me that way then dismissively tell me to sit down because she was “busy” because she didn’t want to help me, she wanted to be rude and lecture me, was enough for me to be done. No one deserves to be talked to that way. People who donate because they depend on the money don’t deserve to have to endure that behavior because someone with authority wants dominance over them because they are having a bad day. I’ve never seen anyone treated that way in this center and I won’t go back to see if it happens again.

So they changed it for your donation start dates when you should get paid your first donation fee and then your second donation fee. They screw you out of your donation fees depending on the days you come in. I will never return here again after that

Completely terrible place to go been here a hour and fifteen minutes and just got to donor floor. Every staff member busy talking instead of helping us here’s to another wasted 3 hours for a 40 minute donation. Been to many csl branches and this is terrible.
