I like the staff they are busy but take the time to handle each client as an individual. I was there they kept checking on me and knew right away that there was something not right. A slight bruise. Recommended.

Every time I come in to this location the beds rarely get wiped down, and Every time they stick me they shove the needle way to high and it leaves bruises for weeks and they won't let you donate with a bruise caused by them. They are very rough and I bleed so much after they pull the neexle out and they refuse to give me more than one gauze even though it's soaked through. The only person that treats me like a person and not a number is a man named Indigo, he is very attentive and makes sure it feels okay before going to someone else and will constantly check on you. Now my husbAnd on the other hand goes there and EVERY SINGLE TIME they stick him wrong and when he tries to tell them it doesn't feel right they brush him off until his arm turns purple and red and swells, then they try to stick him in the other arm. And all they say is leave ice on it and he will still get paid. Like yes you will still pay me when you were the one to do this to me? A bunch of idiots. And his arm won't heal for weeks last time this happened he wasn't able to donate for over a month.

Will never go back to this place. When i got my blood tested the tech at the booth had trouble getting a draw on my finger so she said I couldn't donate that day and I had to come back because it was house rules. When I called about this I was told that I shouldn't have been held back from giving a donation on that day. When I came back I wasn't allowed to donate anymore because I was told I complained about one of the techs not letting me donate. Their loss as I will never go back there now. Very poorly managed. Upper management doesn't want to hear negative feedback from the clients and if you say anything negative they will not let you donate anymore.

I've donated here for two years. The staff that I've met have been courteous and kind. No problems. Not an employee or associate of any kind, just felt like putting in another view. I put 4 stars because, hey, its a blood bank, what's to get ecstatic about?

Was a donor at this center earning extra money while I was attending college. A needle feel on the floor and they picked it up and were going to stick me with that but wanted her to use a sterile needle. I was told I couldn't donate that day. When I came back I was informed by a manager that I won't be allowed to donate anymore because of my criticism of a staff member. Very poor management. Not worth the health risks that were presented and the lack of management oversight to correct the problem.

I use to work with Jamie , the office manager at this location. I left because of her lack of empathy she has shown toward numerous donors who voiced a legitimate concern about problems that would occur on a routine day. She dealt with this in a very swift way and that was to bar anyone who complained from donating . This has caused a lot of consternation among staff and donors alike. Donors are treated like numbers instead of people. The more people donating equals more money for the company while the donors themselves get only pennies on the dollar the company is making thousands on each donation. This is why these centers spring up in lower income neighborhoods of the city. They prefer to have donors come in that don't ask many questions. My advice is if you really want to help people, check out an organization such as a non-profit to donate . An example would be the Red Cross.

I went to donate at this place only to be rejected that day because the new screener put the wrong size blood pressure cuff on my arm and when it inflated it came loose which resulted in an inaccurate reading. I couldn't believe they wouldn't re take it and let me donate. They told me it was federal regulations. When I returned a few days later I was told not to return because I was an unsuitable donor. I was told not to return because they didn't appreciate criticism. Instead of putting the blame on the donors management should look at the way they deal with problems that arise. Management is very poor.

Before I donated, I researched and read all the info and reviews and saw all the negative comments. I didn't let that sway me but like the saying goes "theres truth to EVERYTHING". The vast majority of the staff is extremely unprofessional, rough and inattentive, and just down right too rude to be working in such a customer service environment. All of the traits mentioned I never directly experienced until today. I didn't think of any of the surrounding because the matter at hand (extra money) was more of the priority. It was alright for a while but I will NEVER subject myself to such a place again - regardless the circ*mstance.

I complained about the condition of the way the restroom was left one day. The next time I donated it wouldn't let me. When I asked why I was told they didn't like complainers and that the week before someone called corporate to complain about the tv's and that was the reason why the volume was placed on mute and that I was probably the one who called .I just left and never came back.

The same thing happen to me. They didn't wrap bandage tight after my donation and when I left the building it started bleeding all over the place. I went back and they re wrapped it. Wen I went back the following week they told me that I wasn't allowed to donate anymore because once I left the building I was giving the csl center a bad name and by bleeding and as FDA regulations dictate . When I asked to speak with someone higher up I was told it wouldn't do any good and to leave the building. They treat you like objects at this place.

I was finish donating after the attendant wrapped my arm with stretch bandage at the site where they drew blood. On the way out the door it was drenched in blood so I returned where blood was dripping everywhere. They re did the bandage and I was on the way. When I came back the following week to donate they told me I couldn't donate anymore because fda regulations state when you leave the building bleeding it is a hazardous waste matter and you won't be invited to donate anymore. I asked to talk to a manager and he told me the same thing. I cannot in good faith recommend this place as I don't like the way they treated me.

They called for next donor. There was a bed available for the next in line. I noticed though that the bed had not been cleaned off from the previous donor as there was blood and fluid on it. I told them I would wait for a different one. Minutes went by and I was called into this room and told that they didn't like people to complain and that I needed to leave and that I was going to be blocked from donating . I walked out and never returned.

I went to this center. A phlebotomist drew blood from me after multiple attempts which left me with a bruise on my arm. That week they wouldn't let me donate. When I asked to talk with a supervisor he told me that it wasn't up for discussion and that they find it best if I go somewhere else. They wouldn't let me donate anymore.

BAD UNPROFESSIONAL

I went there to donate plasma and was surprised by the actions of the center's supervisor Sam who was giving his female employees massages and was flirting with some of the donors when they were in the process of donating. I will not be back to this one.

I have been going there for a few months now . It is great for a student like myself to earn extra money but some of the staff don;t have a clue and a very unprofessional. An example is the centers manager Sam who gives female employees massages on beds meant for donors in between his duties. other staff don't have a clue. I have seen employees not wash down the bed when a new donor lays on it transferring blood on clothing . Higher management seems not to get involved nor care about the actions of lower staff. I will not be returning
