Dirty. Poor management. Nurses are rude and uncaring. Lines are long. It’s always hot in there. Other volunteers are loud, rude & asking for change etc. New patients are there for 3 hours just to get through the orientation etc not including donation time. Machines are slow! Don’t bother.

.Extra income is nice. Averages about $40/hour. Donation time takes about 1 1/2 hours of my time. Get to save a life or two and all have to do is sit still for a little it. Staff is friendly. Sometimes it frustrating to wait in a line, but it’s for a good cause.

This place is a joke. Computers down, long lines and I was told they don’t need to tell me their policies. I’m the customer and I’m not allowed to know the policies until After they affect me. This location has a nurse who is very unprofessional and downright rude. I will Never give them my business again.

The first place I’ve been to that totally missed my vein and shoved the needle into a nerve. When she yelled for assistance another woman came over and proceeded to punch it through into my muscle. I screamed. I have no intention of going back. I’ve been to Biolife up the road over 10 times and never had a issue before. This place had me stand in line for a hour to get a chair just to cause lots of pain and have me leave without donating. She got a attitude when she went for my other arm and I told her no. She said “oh so you’re refusing to donate today now?” No I’m refusing to let you trash both my arms today! She didn’t even mark my arm like they’re supposed to. The second woman (presumably her supervisor) whom she had called over just walked away yelling “nope I’m not doing this today!” Just horrible treatment. Completely unprofessional from the 1st donation that took 5 hours to complete to my second donation today. They are severely understaffed as well. Today there was only 3 techs working on the 20 people in chairs and had 15 more waiting in line. My whole forearm hurts from their incompetence. They’re the worst vampires ever! If only you could give zero stars because God knows they don’t deserve a single one!

Went to donate this morning and was sent away permanently due to security. Went in last week donated and touched filter on machine security decided she was gonna be funny and tell on me. When approached by mgmt was told not to touch machine I said ok and apologized finished donation when walking out security guard eyeballs me so I flipped her off. She tells staff to permanently stop me from donating cause she feels threatened. Ha. I flipped u off give me a break maybe u should mind your job not what others are doing. Seems to be alot of racially motivated staff working here and am filing a complaint with corporate about the racist staff that works at this particular location
