Let me regal you about how horrible my experience was with lithia so you may make your own informed choice.On 4/20, after shopping around online I Let me regal you about how horrible my experience was with lithia so you may make your own informed choice.On 4/20, after shopping around online I found a 2009 Ford f150 lariat edition for sale at their dealership. I drove out there from medford to inspect and test drive said vehicle. It was great, checked every box I needed, and the dealership was going to service it for me before I picked it up as it had been just traded in a couple of days earlier. So I signed the paperwork and left. The following Wednesday I got a call saying that my f150 would be ready to pick up anytime on Thursday the 27th. So after work I head out, and get to the dealership at 1pm.The truck isn't ready, so they ask me to wait without explanation. 30 minutes go by, an hour, two hours, 3 hours and now I'm starting to get upset. There's been no communication besides, "they are still working on it" when it was supposed to be ready "anytime". Well 30 minutes later I finally get some answers, a stubborn bolt on my differential plug, and a broken ac blender that they need to order. A part they knew they couldn't fix that day but wouldn't tell me about until I started to get upset with them....So a week and a half go by with no word from the dealership about the new part or when it will be fixed until I get an "apology" from my salesman that he literally said "I forgot about you"...... but the part is now in and they make an appointment on the 19th of May to fix it.I drop my truck off for 4 days to get it repaired and the day I pick it up??? Now 3/4 of the buttons on my center console don't work. Volume/tuning/audio settings/media source/presets..... all disabled and not working like they were when I purchased the vehicle. When I go to tell them they need to fix it they try and tell me that "when you work on older trucks things will break"....... YOU ARE A DEALERSHIP, how do you think you can break things and not replace them???Long story short... I am never going back to this dealership again for any purchase, even for the final repair of the center console I'm going to the lithia in medford. They actually care about people's time and money, unlike lithia in kfalls. So take this into consideration if you were thinking about buying here. More

Hello, I have read your response to my dealership purchase and followed up via this email. As of currently, my center console still hasn't been fixed and many of my audio buttons do not work like they did when I purchased the vehicle originally. I have gone and out of pocket fixed the wheel hub bearing on the front passenger tire and also replaced the tire sensors that were missing in the front 2 tires. Costing my 560$ The tire issue that results in the speedometer being off by 5mph, I've been to les schwab and I can purchase new tires that will fit my current rims that can fix my speedometer by being the correct overall diameter as what tires and rims "should be" on my truck. I have a quote floating around my house somewhere for that I can find. I'm mostly upset at how much of my time the dealership gave no concern over wasting. This is the source of a lot of my frustration. That and the lack of communication, they wouldn't tell me what was wrong or what was even being worked on the original day of pickup until I threw a fit.

Its been over a week since this response to my original review, they claim to care about making this situation better for me yet no email has been recieved. No messages in my voicemail. No contact besides this response that they are "sorry". Sigh....

Who knows how long that will be. So I will keep you posted. It still isn't right. I have to make the payments on that truck when I don't even have it. I am not a Ford person. I told them that but Erik said they had used Chevys, gmcs and Chevys. No they did not. My first time loan, my first dealership and I will never do it again. Erik was especially rude to me.
